If there’s one person who’s seen it all, it’s Shane. With over 34 years at Beaulieu, Shane has done it all, working across the factory floor, leading shifts from morning to night, and mastering both our carpets and the people behind them.
Today, as Safety, Health & Environment Manager, his focus is on safety and quality.
When asked what he loves most about his role, Shane’s answer is simple: “If I do my job right, they stay safe and get to go home and come back the next day to do it all again.”
Known for never saying “no,” he’s the go-to person for advice, a helping hand, or just a friendly chat. Practical, dependable, and even an avid novel reader, Shane truly embodies the heart of our team.
Brittany joined Beaulieu at just 19, and nearly a decade later, she’s become one of the dependable, friendly voices our customers rely on every day. Whether it’s checking stock, tracking orders, or solving last-minute issues, she brings calm, care, and precision to every interaction.
She also manages the full lifecycle of carpet samples, coordinating production and ensuring timely distribution to retailers nationwide. Known as our “detail detective,” Brittany spots what others might miss and consistently stays one step ahead. What she loves most is making life easier for customers and helping bring fresh, exciting samples to the market.
When she’s not perfecting the details at work, she’s expressing her personal flair, swapping spreadsheets for stilettos as a proud shoe enthusiast with more than 50 pairs. No matter the setting, Brittany brings dedication, style, and a genuine commitment to delivering her best.
Tina has been part of the Beaulieu crew since 2002… 23 years and counting. Starting in Accounts Payable, Tina’s expertise has expanded as the business has grown and she now holistically looks after our people, including supporting our Return to Work and Rehabilitation programs.
Known for her consistency and “get it done, with coffee” approach, Tina is one of the steady forces that keep the BOA machine running smoothly. She credits Beaulieu’s relaxed, supportive culture for her long tenure, saying, “You don’t stay somewhere this long unless you feel supported and can collaborate with your team.”
Outside of work, Tina has been on the same trivia team for over 10 years. And for a fun fact: she can wiggle her nose like a rabbit! Yes, really!
